What is sign language interpreting?

Sign language interpreting enables accessible communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing people and hearing people.

Our certified sign language interpreters interpret simultaneously between spoken language and German Sign Language (DGS). This enables full participation in meetings, conferences, doctor visits, and all other situations.

We offer sign language interpreting on site and via video. Remote interpreting via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms is a cost-effective alternative for short appointments. Accessibility is a human right—we help you implement it.

Which sign language do you interpret?
We primarily interpret into German Sign Language (DGS). On request, also International Sign and other national sign languages.
For which occasions do you offer sign language interpreters?
For all situations: business appointments, conferences, doctor visits, dealings with authorities, job interviews, training, and private occasions.
Do you also offer video interpreting?
Yes, remote interpreting via Zoom, Teams, Webex, or other platforms is possible. Ideal for short appointments or when no interpreter is available on site.
How much does sign language interpreting cost?
Fees depend on duration and occasion. On-site assignments start at approx. €80 per hour. Lower rates apply for video interpreting.
Are the costs covered by health insurance?
In many cases, yes—for doctor visits, hospital stays, and other medical appointments. We are happy to advise you on cost coverage.
