Sub-Processors (Subprozessoren)

—, —, — —, — engages further processors (sub-processors) to deliver its translation and language services and to operate the Tratext platform. Where we process personal data on behalf of our customers, these sub-processors are engaged on the basis of a general written authorization pursuant to Art. 28(2) and (4) GDPR in conjunction with the applicable data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV).
We have entered into a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28(3) GDPR with each sub-processor, imposing on the sub-processor the same data protection obligations that apply to us vis-à-vis our customers. For transfers to third countries, we ensure an adequate level of protection through adequacy decisions (e.g. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Switzerland) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).

Notice of Changes
We announce intended changes to this list — in particular the addition of new or the replacement of existing sub-processors — at least 30 days in advance, in accordance with the data processing agreement (AVV). Customers with whom a data processing agreement is in place may object to an intended change within this period on justified data protection grounds.
